Here’s next month’s Photo Challenge Theme… Lori Allen Director, Great Escape Publishing P.S. Remember, each month you enter the Photo Challenge, you get another chance at winning the yearly grand prize of $2,000! ******************* REFLECT ON THIS By Shelly Perry in Portland, OR This month, it’s ok to be distracted by shiny objects. In fact, the point of March’s Photo Challenge theme, “Reflect on This,” is to be captivated by the light and reflections around you. So turn your lens on windows, mirrors, lakes and puddles, glass and metal, ice and plastic. Anything that reflects. But don’t just take a simple snapshot of something shiny. ** TIP: To get clear night and evening shots like these, make sure you bring a tripod or set your camera on something solid. You could also take a more figurative approach to this month’s theme and interpret “reflections” as thoughts or feelings. Photos will be judged according to light, composition, focus, and theme. Only one photo per person may be entered, and the photo must be taken by the entrant. To enter, send us your ONE best theme-appropriate photo. Multiple entries from the same photographer will be deleted.
