How to find cheap flights with Google’s Flights tool
Sometimes you just want to get away. It doesn’t matter where, as long as it fits the budget.
If you want to know how to find cheap flights online, check out Google’s Flights tool at Google.com/flights.
Enter your departing airport and your dates… and then watch as a map shows prices for destinations all over the world. You might be surprised…
For example, leaving Washington D.C. in March, it’s $400 cheaper to fly to Istanbul than it is to Rome.
If you’re set on a destination, let your budget determine your dates, instead. Just enter your destination and the length of your trip and you’ll see a chart with the lowest prices throughout the year.
For example, if you want to fly to Bangkok in January, you’ll save $800 by going on the 12th instead of the 5th.
Tomorrow I’ll give you another cool tool to save money before you board the plane… so you can spend more on Mai Tais when you get there.
